We are a Russian company expanding our business to Indonesia. We produce and sell artemia eggs (feed for fish and shrimp). We are looking for potential distributors in Indonesia at the moment, but it’s really hard. I wonder if your company does business matching or can help find a distributor with a license for a certain fee.
Thank you!
Kind regards,

Hello Amalina,
The process of setting up a company in Indonesia has slight differences from the usual with regard to foreigners who do so. As a foreigner, if you are interested in starting a local company in Indonesia, you will require the services of a nominee director before you may commence business operations.
Among the services that we provide are those related to incorporation as well as the selection of a suitable person who will serve as the nominee director. Please contact us for further information on the service packages we offer.
Thank you for your question.

We are from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and would like to incorporate a local company in Indonesia to be established through a joint venture with Indonesians partners. How much does it cost and how long to register it?
Hello Taufiq,
The company which you have in mind is known as a PT PMA. A PT PMA may either be completely owned by foreigners or established through a joint venture with Indonesian partners. It is subject to requirements specified in the Negative Investment List.
To form such a company, there is a total capital requirement of 10 billion rupiah as well as a minimum paid-up capital requirement of 2.5 billion rupiah. It also requires a minimum of two shareholders and takes several months for establishment.
We can help you form the company you have in mind. Our PMA package includes company registration, business registration with the Indonesian government, a one-year appointment of a company commissioner, and an annual fee for a registered office address.
Please contact us for further information.
Thank you.

We are from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and would like to incorporate a local company in Indonesia with foreign share if possible. Our nature of business is IT/Technology Advisory and we have local partner in Indonesia which can incorporate the company with them. Below are some of our query and awaiting for your prompt reply:
1. What kind of entity is available which fit our needs beside the PT PMA?
2. How much does it cost and how long to register company?
3. Can the Indonesia bank account signatory under Foreign Investor/Shareholder?
Thank you and look forward to hear from you soon.
Hello Connie,
In Indonesia, all foreign-owned companies are automatically classified as PT PMAs. If you would like to register a company, you will need an investment of 10 billion rupiah or its equivalent. You will also need paid-up capital of 25% of this amount.
There is no law prohibiting foreign investors or shareholders from being signatories to an Indonesian bank account.
We at Paul Hype Page & Co are willing to assist you with any of your company registration or investment needs. Please contact our specialists who will equip you with all the information which you may need.
Thank you for your questions.

Hi,
I want to start a company in Malaysia, i do need a company and bank account to start selling my product online. I do not need a physical office. How much do i have to pay for one time, and for yearly. Also how long for all the process will it be?
Hope to hear from you real soon, Thank you
Hi there,
Yes, it is advisable for you to incorporate a company and subsequently to obtain a bank account in order to sell your product online.
The incorporation fee depends on the structure and the amount of paid up capital involved. We would suggest you to schedule an appointment with us so that we can advise you better. As for the yearly company retainer fee and registered address retainer fee, we offer one of the best value in the market with Company Secretary retainer fee at RM680 & RM288 for registered address fee per annum.
The process for the incorporation takes 1 to 1.5 weeks for the incorporation to be completed.
Thank you and look forward to hear from you soon.
